CORE FOUR BUSINESS PLANNING GRADUATES ELEVEN

Congratulations! To the following individuals for successfully
completing the Core Four Business Planning Course: Elmer Lumpkin, Gloria Scabby
Face, Ben Scabby Face, Mary Jane Running Shield, Jamie Lee, Craig Howe,
Carmel Old Horse, Clifford Whiting, Louis Twiss, Terry Holiday and Vina
Holiday. “The class was good, but I felt that we needed more
time, especially in marketing. Internet marketing is a growing industry
and in order to keep up I would have liked to have more instruction in
the area. I guess I can go to the Wawokiye Business Institute for
this assistance. I also would like to add in taking the Core Four
course you need to do your home wok and be diligent about it.”Said
Clifford Whiting of Wanblee, South Dakota.
The Core Four Business class is offered by Oglala Lakota
College in collaboration with Lakota Funds Wawokiye Business Institute. The Core Four Business
Planning class is an excellent tool for developing or expanding a small
business. The course helps plan for a market-driven, cash healthy,
well-managed business. It helps test your business concepts; it also
will assist in the increase of your management knowledge; in marketing,
operations and cash flow. Most important it will help you plan your
business to be successful. If you are a person with a business
idea, a prospective borrower, struggling business owner, and/or an
owner of a
growing or changing business, Lakota Funds Wawokiye Business Institute
encourages you to attend.
The next Core Four Planning will begin on March 21, 2007
at Pejuta Haka College Center in Kyle, South Dakota at 5:00 p.m. The course is free;
the only cost is $40.00 for the Core Four text book that can be purchased
at the Oglala Lakota College bookstore. To register, call Lakota
Funds at (605) 455-2500.
