Emma "Pinky" Clifford

Emma “Pinky” Clifford, a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, served on the Council of the Tribe. She has served as Executive Director of the OST Partnership for Housing, Inc. (Partnership), in Pine Ridge, SD, for the past 3-1/2 years. She previously served on the Board for the organization and worked with HUD as Community Builder when the Partnership was in its formative years. As a community activist she has extensive experience with community building, working with many faith-based groups and various organizations on the reservation. Emma is a business owner and has operated a convenience store and laundromat for twenty years. She serves on various boards throughout the reservation.
